Delete your account
Effective date: 22 September 2026
You can permanently delete your Parentchime account and all associated data at any time — whether or not you still have the app installed.
Already have the app?
The fastest way is in-app: open Parentchime and go to Settings → Delete account. This removes everything immediately and doesn't require waiting on a reply from us.
No app installed, or can't sign in?
Email us from the address associated with your Parentchime account and we'll process the deletion for you.
We may reply to confirm it's really you before deleting anything, to make sure no one else can delete your family's data by mistake.
What gets deleted
Once a deletion request is confirmed and processed, we permanently remove:
- Every child profile you created, including all health, nutrition, growth, school, and activity records
- Any photos you uploaded
- Your community posts and comments
- Your authentication identity and account credentials
Playdate invite phone numbers you added are deleted automatically 90 days after being added, regardless of account status. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How long it takes
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days of confirming it's your account.
